Job Title : Telecaller

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers, clients, or prospects to sell products, services, or gather information. Your goal will be to achieve sales targets, build relationships, and provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities :

• Make Outbound Calls
• Make a high volume of outbound calls to customers, clients, or prospects to sell products, services, or gather information.
• Sales and Marketing
• Pitch products or services, handle objections, and close deals to achieve sales targets.
• Customer Service
• Provide excellent customer service, answer questions, and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
• Data Entry
• Accurately enter customer information, sales data, and other relevant details into the CRM system.
• Follow-up Calls
• Make follow-up calls to customers to ensure satisfaction, resolve issues, and upsell or cross-sell products or services.
• Meet Sales Targets
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets, and contribute to the team's overall sales performance.
• Stay Up-to-Date
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements :
• Education
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience
• Fresher welcome, exceptional English.
• Communication Skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
• Sales Skills
• Proven sales skills, with the ability to persuade and influence customers.
• Customer Service Skills
• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues.
• Technical Skills
• Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other relevant tools.
• Work Ethic
• Strong work ethic, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
