Job descriptionUnderstanding of hybrid and multi-cloud architectures and how on-premise datacenter solutions integrate with public clouds (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Proficiency in virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware) and HCI platforms (e.g., Nutanix). Expertise in backup, recovery, and disaster recovery solutions (e.g., Commvault, Veeam). Good understanding of network security technologies, especially Fortinet and Design : Ability to design and implement datacenter solutions that meet performance, scalability, and security Project Management : Experience in managing datacenter projects, ensuring timely and successful : Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project). Ability to identify and mitigate risks associated with datacenter projects. Commitment to continuous improvement in project execution and Customer Engagement : Strong focus on understanding customer needs and ensuring customer satisfaction. Experience in providing technical support to sales teams and conducting assessments of customer Collaboration : Ability to work with technology partners, including vendors such as VMware, Nutanix, Commvault, Veeam, and Fortinet, to enhance service delivery. Market Awareness : Understanding of market trends and the competitive landscape in the datacenter space. Business Alignment : Ability to align technical solutions with business objectives and customer needs. Financial Awareness : Basic understanding of budgeting and cost-effective solution design. Technology Updates : Commitment to staying updated with emerging datacenter technologies and trends. Process Optimization : Ability to suggest and implement process improvements for better efficiency. Solution Development : Involvement in the development of new services and solutions leveraging innovative technologies. Industry Certifications : Possession of relevant certifications (e.g., VMware Certified Professional, Nutanix Certified Professional, Fortinet NSE) or a willingness to obtain them. Performance Metrics : Ability to track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) for projects. Reporting : Regularly update stakeholders on project status, customer satisfaction, and technical achievements. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Ability to work effectively with other teams, including sales, marketing, and finance. Stakeholder Management : Skilled in managing and communicating with internal and external stakeholders. Presentation Skills : Strong communication and presentation skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. 3 - 6 years of experience in datacenter technologies, cloud integration, and infrastructure design. Relevant industry certifications such as VMware Certified Professional, Nutanix Certified Professional, Fortinet NSE, or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory).
