• Lead end-to-end analytical projects, including defining goals, estimating impact, setting workflows, and managing timelines independently.
• Ensure collections models are effective and relevant; explore use of underwriting models and external data sources to enhance collections performance.
• Design and implement segmentation strategies to improve outcomes across digital contact, skip strategy, forbearance, legal, and recovery treatments.
• Drive usage of AI / ML / Gen AI : next best action journeys​
• Continuously benchmark internal and external practices to refine strategy, treatment timing, content, and frequency across products and markets.
• Partner with modelling team and external consultants to develop, implement and refine predictive models that enhance the collections strategies. ​
• Evaluate various approaches and deploy best practices like uplift-based prioritization approach, value at risk (VAR) etc.​
