Job Summary

A Team Manager for Outsourced Accounting Services leads a team handling clients' daily financial ops (AP / AR, payroll, month-end close, reporting), manages client relationships to be a trusted advisor, ensures compliance with GAAP / IFRS / local regs, mentors staff, oversees internal controls, and drives process improvements, often using specific accounting software to deliver integrated, high-quality finance functions remotely.

Job Summary :

To lead and manage a team delivering comprehensive accounting and finance services to a portfolio of outsourced clients, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and exceptional service delivery while fostering strong client relationships and team development.

Key Responsibilities :

Client & Relationship Management :

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their business, needs, and strategic goals.
• Build "Trusted Advisor" relationships by providing timely, relevant financial insights and advice.
• Manage client expectations and resolve issues proactively.

Qualifications & Skills :
