What you’ll do

• Conduct the first two rounds of interviews and manage smooth hiring operations
• Handle candidate communication, follow-ups, and maintain recruitment pipelines
• Write sharp, appealing content for  Learning & Development marketing
• (social posts, campaign messages, emailers, impact stories, pitch decks)
• Support the founders in positioning Modern Mint’s L&D offerings to corporates, colleges, and CSR initiatives
