Exciting opportunity for seasoned finance professionals!

We are looking for a Principal Officer for our client financial services setup at Gift City, Gandhinagar . Our client is leading fund management company with presence in India, UAE and Mauritius.

Role Overview :

As the Principal Officer, you’ll be responsible for end-to-end management of fund operations, regulatory compliance, and risk oversight. You’ll act as the key liaison with the International Financial Services Centre Authority (IFSCA) and ensure strong governance frameworks across all functions.

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee fund management, compliance, and risk management activities

Ensure adherence to IFSCA and other regulatory requirements

Lead internal control and governance initiatives

Supervise investment and disclosure compliance

Mentor teams to maintain high ethical and professional standards

Exposure to international or domestic trade operations / international or domestic trade punching is an added advantage

Qualifications & Experience :

Postgraduate or professional degree (CA / CS / CMA / CFA / FRM or equivalent)

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in fund or portfolio management, investment advisory, or related areas

Strong understanding of financial markets, compliance, and governance

Working Days : 5 Days

Location : Gift City, Gandhinagar
