About the Role

Pet Tools Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Operator & Programmer to join our precision engineering team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in CNC machining and programming within a precision manufacturing environment.

You will be responsible for setting up, programming, and operating CNC machines to produce high-quality components with close tolerances. This role requires a deep understanding of machining processes, tooling, and quality standards, ensuring each part meets exact specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Set Up & Operation : Prepare and operate CNC machines to perform precision machining operations such as drilling, milling, grinding, and turning.
• Programming : Write, edit, and optimize CNC programs (Fanuc / Siemens / Heidenhain) based on engineering drawings and process requirements.
• Blueprint Interpretation : Read and understand blueprints, mechanical drawings, and CAD models to determine machining requirements and tool paths.
• Material Preparation : Load and align raw materials and workpieces using appropriate fixtures, chucks, or jigs.
• Trial Runs & Adjustments : Conduct test runs to verify machining accuracy, adjusting offsets and parameters as needed to achieve desired output.
• Tool Management : Select, set up, and maintain cutting tools and fixtures for optimal machining efficiency.
• Process Optimization : Identify opportunities to improve cycle times, tooling life, and machining accuracy.
• Quality Assurance : Inspect finished components using precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, gauges) and ensure adherence to specifications.
• Maintenance : Perform routine machine maintenance and ensure cleanliness and functionality of all CNC equipment.
• Documentation : Maintain accurate production records and inspection reports as per quality standards.
