Job Title : ServiceNow IRM Consultant

Location : India – Gurgaon (priority), Bangalore, Chennai

Work Mode : Hybrid – 3 days onsite, 2 days remote (subject to change)

Key Requirements

• 3+ years relevant experience in ServiceNow IRM (Integrated Risk Management)
• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow configurations, workflows, scripting, UI policies, ACLs, integrations, and CMDB
• Experience with JavaScript, REST APIs, XML, Java, Jelly scripting, AngularJS
• Understanding of IRM / GRC areas :
• Operational Risk Management
• Audit Management
• Policy & Compliance
• Operational Resilience
• Regulatory Change Management
• Continuous Authorization & Monitoring
• Virtual agent / chatbot integrations
