We are building various tech tools to make finance consulting more accessible and have a dedicated team of individuals that are trained on tasks related to finance consulting and compliance management.
Role Overview :
We are looking for a proactive and organized Admin Executive to manage day-to-day administrative tasks, support office operations, and ensure smooth functioning of the organization. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, good with coordination, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage day-to-day office operations, including maintaining office supplies, facilities, and assets.
Maintain records, files, and documentation in an organized manner.
Assist in travel arrangements, event coordination, and other logistics.
Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and stakeholders for smooth office functioning.
Ensure compliance with office policies and assist in implementing administrative processes.
Serve as a point of contact for internal teams and external visitors, ensuring professional representation of the organizations.
Qualifications & Skills :
Graduate in any discipline.
1-3 years in office administration or related roles.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to coordinate effectively with teams and external partners.
Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
