Job Description
This role is responsible for leading global HR operations and analytics initiatives, managing data-driven L&D processes, and collaborating with stakeholders and vendors to deliver high-impact outcomes. It requires strong project management, analytical skills, and the ability to work seamlessly across diverse, multi-cultural teams.
Key Responsibilities :
- Analyze and interpret L&D data, build dashboards, and provide insights.
- Manage vendor relationships and database security protocols.
- Lead project plans, budgets, and stakeholder communication.
- Optimize delivery of assessments and track operational KPIs.
- Identify process improvements and mitigate risks.
The Successful Applicant
- 15+ years of global project management and people management experience in matrix organizations.
- Excellent communication and executive presence.
- Data analytics / dashboard experience a plus.
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), PMP, or equivalent preferred.
