We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive individual with 3-5 years of experience to join our team as a Client Service & Social Media Manager. If you have a passion for building strong client relationships, a knack for engaging online communities, and are eager to drive brand success across digital platforms, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do :

Client Relationship Management :  Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.

Social Media Strategy & Execution :  Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies, manage content calendars, create engaging posts, and monitor performance across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter).

Content Collaboration :  Work closely with our creative and content teams to ensure social media content aligns with client objectives and brand voice.

Reporting & Analysis :  Monitor social media trends, track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze data, and provide regular reports with actionable insights to clients and internal teams.

Problem Solving :  Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring a high level of service delivery.

What We're Looking For :

3-5 years  of experience in client service and social media management, preferably within an agency setting.

Proven track record of managing multiple client accounts and successful social media campaigns.

Strong understanding of various social media platforms, analytics tools, and best practices.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

A strong understanding of English, both written and spoken, for effective client communication and content creation.
