Job Purpose

• This is a challenging position within Acuity Information Technology, reporting to IT Director.
• Manage automation of IT operations, including infrastructure, applications, and support services, ensuring systems are reliable, scalable, and meet organizational needs.
• The candidate must be very motivated and willing to take on challenges, learn new concepts and be willing to multi-task to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

Bachelor Degree or Equivalent area of study, preferably in technology / business or equivalent.

ITIL and PMP certifications are preferred

Experience

Minimum 15 years’ experience in IT industry, with at least 8+ years of relevant IT Infrastructure management including leadership roles supporting enterprise-level environments.

Key Competencies

Proven team management and project management abilities.

Deep knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems architecture, security protocols, and application lifecycle.

Strong strategic planning and analytic skills.

Demonstrated ability to manage change, resolve complex problems, and deliver under pressure.

Manage relationships with vendors and external partners; evaluate and recommend new technology investments.

Must be familiar with ITIL and ITSM support processes and terminology
