Position Overview
We are looking for a Business Development Manager Primary Packaging who will drive B2B sales and business growth in the pharmaceutical packaging domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial or packaging sales, a customer-centric approach, and proven experience managing end-to-end sales and service coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities with pharmaceutical formulation manufacturers.
- Promote and sell Aluminium Blister Foils and Strip Foils as key primary packaging products.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through consistent communication and service excellence.
- Coordinate between production, logistics, and customers to ensure timely order execution and delivery.
- Prepare and present commercial offers, negotiate pricing, and close orders effectively.
- Track market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business development goals.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum Graduate (MBA preferred).5 - 10 years of experience in B2B sales or business development within a service-driven manufacturing industry such as packaging, printing, or related fields.Proven track record in industrial sales coordination and customer relationship management.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently.What We Offer
