Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Spa Manager located in Bengaluru. The Spa Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of the spa, ensuring high standards of customer service, managing staff, maintaining budgets, and ensuring client satisfaction. Duties also include developing and implementing spa policies and procedures, organizing marketing activities, and addressing customer concerns.

Qualifications

• Skills in Spa Management and Budgeting
• Experience in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction
• Knowledge of Skin Care
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Prior experience in a managerial role in the spa or hospitality industry is advantageous
• Certified spa therapist or relevant qualifications in wellness and skin care are a plus
