Key Responsibilities

As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be pivotal in scaling our teams across  India and the United States . A significant part of your role will involve navigating the complexities of US staffing and employment compliance.

I. Global Full-Cycle Technical Recruiting (India & US)

• End-to-End Recruitment :  Own the entire technical recruitment lifecycle for a variety of roles, including  Software Engineers, DevOps, Data Scientists, Product Managers, and AI / ML Specialists , from initial job brief through offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Strategic Sourcing :  Develop and execute multi-faceted, creative sourcing strategies (e.g., Recruiter, specialized job boards, industry events, social media, and internal referrals) to build a robust, diverse, and qualified candidate pipeline in both geographies.
• Exceptional Candidate Experience :  Serve as an ambassador for Giggso, ensuring a positive, transparent, and highly engaging candidate experience that clearly reflects our unique startup culture and values.
• Stakeholder Partnership :  Act as a trusted partner to hiring managers in India and the US, defining role requirements, setting recruitment expectations, and providing data-driven, timely updates on hiring progress.
