Job descriptionIdentify and build new business opportunities across healthcare & hygiene markets. Achieve sales & profitability targets through strong channel and platform partnerships. Collaborate with Product Management & Sales to deliver customer excellence. Currently residing in Mumbai Experience strictly from Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals, Life Sciences, or Hygiene Solutions industries 8–12 years of experience in Digital Marketing + Sales Strong command of digital tools (Google Analytics, CRM, SEO / SEM, Marketing Automation, etc.) Proven track record of driving digital campaigns & achieving sales targets Stable career history — candidates with frequent job changes will not be considered Strategic thinker with strong execution ability Entrepreneurial mindset with customer-first approach Strong communication & stakeholder management skills Ability to thrive in a global matrix environment

Digital Marketing :
- Develop & execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Manage website, SEO / SEM, social media, and email campaigns.
- Lead e-commerce growth through localized digital campaigns.
- Create engaging content in coordination with global teams.
- Track & report performance metrics including ROI, conversions, and engagement.
