Job Description

OpenTrain partners with leading AI companies to build safer, smarter systems. We hire engineers and technical writers to evaluate and improve AI-generated content. We’re seeking Automotive Engineering QA / AI Trainers to audit model responses, verify engineering rigor, and author gold-standard prompts / solutions that strengthen AI reasoning.

What you’ll do

• Review and rate prompts and model answers across vehicle dynamics, powertrain / electrification, control systems, embedded / ECU / CAN, electronics, ADAS / functional safety, and manufacturing / quality.
• Verify equations, units, assumptions, and design rationale; check against standards and safety considerations.
• Draft improved prompts, solutions, and concise written feedback using detailed QA rubrics (SFT / RLHF / evaluation).
• Run quick validation / analysis in Python (e.g., notebooks, sanity checks; basic scientific stack helpful).
• Identify edge cases and propose rubric / guideline refinements to ensure consistency.
