ob Description :

We are seeking an experienced Tech Lead – Kafka to design, manage, and optimize enterprise-level Kafka environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in distributed data streaming, real-time event sourcing, and performance tuning of Kafka clusters.

Responsibilities :

• Install, configure, and upgrade Kafka clusters.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot production issues.
• Manage Kafka security, access policies, and user authentication.
• Implement backup, recovery, and data retention strategies.
• Optimize cluster performance and reliability.
• Manage schema registry and integrations with other platforms.
• Collaborate with data engineering and DevOps teams to ensure seamless data flow.
• Build and manage real-time event streaming pipelines.
