Cognos BI Developer

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain reports, dashboards, and data models using IBM Cognos Analytics (10.x / 11.x) .
• Create Framework Manager models , define metadata layers, and ensure data integrity and security.
• Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into BI solutions.
• Optimize report performance and ensure usability across various business units.
• Develop and maintain complex queries, calculations, and data visualizations .
• Perform data validation, testing, and troubleshooting of BI solutions.
• Collaborate with data engineers and DBAs to ensure reliable data sources and efficient ETL processes.
• Document technical specifications and provide user training and support as needed.
