About the Role

Looking for Immediate Joiners, Flexibility to work in US Shifts. (Night Shifts).

Responsibilities

• Handling P1 / P2 / P3 Tickets / requests from customers
• Participation in the implementation of developmental cross-module projects
• Implementation of solutions based on non-standard requirements with the participation of functional consultants
• Should have Techno functional Capabilities and have the experience in working on highly customized systems
• Having knowledge on SD-AFS is added advantage
• Must be able to lead a team of consultants and support them technically and take care of the deliverables without missing SLA’s

Qualifications

Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
