Role Overview : We are hiring a

Programmatic Campaign Manager

to run and optimize

recruitment marketing campaigns

for the US market. This role is focused on managing job advertising spend through programmatic platforms, ensuring campaigns deliver qualified applicants efficiently and within budget.

Key Responsibilities :

Set up, manage, and optimize job advertising campaigns across programmatic recruitment platforms.

Allocate budgets across jobs, clients, and sources to maximize applicant flow while meeting CPA / CPC targets.

Monitor campaign performance daily, adjusting bids, budgets, and sources to drive efficiency and results.

Collaborate with US-based stakeholders to align campaigns with hiring goals, job priorities, and timelines.

Generate performance reports and dashboards with actionable insights on spend, conversions, and applicant quality.

Ensure budget pacing and ROI delivery against monthly and quarterly hiring objectives.

Stay current on recruitment media trends, best practices, and performance benchmarks in the US market.

Requirements :

3+ years of experience in programmatic ad operations or recruitment marketing campaign management.

Strong knowledge of programmatic job advertising platforms and ecosystems.

Hands-on expertise in managing performance metrics such as CPA, CPC, apply rates, and cost-per-hire.

Analytical skills to interpret campaign data and recommend optimizations.

Ability to work effectively with

US stakeholders

with partial time-zone overlap.

Prior experience in staffing, recruitment tech, or digital advertising is a plus.
