Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Generalist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end HR operations, with a strong focus on recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, and policy management . You will serve as a trusted partner to employees and management, ensuring that HR practices align with organizational goals and foster a positive, high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent across technical and non-technical roles.
Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline through proactive sourcing, networking, and social media outreach.
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations.
Coordinate internal hiring drives, employee referral programs, and campus recruitment initiatives.
Maintain and update the HR Management Information System (HRMIS) for recruitment tracking and analytics.
HR Operations & Compliance
Oversee day-to-day HR operations and ensure adherence to company policies, legal regulations, and best practices.
Manage payroll processing, compensation, and benefits administration with accuracy and confidentiality.
Maintain up-to-date HR records, contracts, and personnel documentation.
Draft, review, and update HR policies and procedures to reflect organizational and legal requirements.
Employee Relations & Engagement
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and HR-related matters, ensuring timely resolution.
Foster a positive work culture by managing employee relations, addressing grievances, and supporting conflict resolution.
Collaborate with leadership to plan and implement employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and feedback systems.
Performance & Development Support
Support performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback cycles.
Assist in identifying training and development needs to support employee growth and organizational capability building.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 2+ years of HR experience in an IT or technology-driven environment.
Strong understanding of IT roles, technical skill sets, and hiring processes .
Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—in English.
Proficient in HR tools, HRMIS platforms, and job portals (e.g., LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed).
Highly organized with strong multitasking and time management abilities.
Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.

Requirements
Hands-on experience with JavaScript and Typescript. Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap. Experience with REST-based APIs and JSON data. Strong industry experience in architecture and development of scalable production-quality applications. Experience working in an Agile development team. Proven debugging and troubleshooting skills. Designing and developing user interfaces using Angular best practices. Adapting interface for modern internet applications using the latest front-end technologies. Excellent verbal / written communication skills and strong time management and problem-solving capabilities. Experience in Git. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or any other related field.
