Strategy & Growth Lead + Chief of Staff

to join our core team.

This is a unique opportunity to work directly with our

Founder & Managing Director (Sheekher Saran) , and gain first-hand exposure to building and scaling a fast-growing company (we grew 4x in revenue in FY25 over FY24, and are on-track to grow 2.5x in FY26 over FY25).

What will you do : Shadow the Founder

on a day-to-day basis across strategic and operational areas.

Identify and drive new growth avenues

– partnerships, products, services, and markets.

Build and amplify our digital presence , across channels.

Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders

to ensure smooth execution of initiatives and engagements.

Track and report key growth metrics , ensuring we stay on course.

What we are looking for :

Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.

Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action.

Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).

Comfort with ambiguity, adaptability, and willingness to get hands dirty.

Prior experience in consulting, strategy, growth, or social media management is a plus, but not mandatory.

Additional Important Information

Location : Mumbai

Years of Experience : Minimum of 3 years in analytical-driven, decision-making roles.

Educational Pedigree

• Tier-1 Business Schools (e.g., IIMs, ISB, XLRI, FMS, top international MBAs).
• Premier Undergraduate Institutions (e.g., IITs, Delhi University such as St. Stephens / SRCC, Mumbai

University such as St. Xavier's, Ashoka, etc.).
