Job Title : Infrastructure Engineering Engineer III

Location : Chennai

Work Type : Hybrid

Position Description :

We are seeking an experienced Systems Automation Engineer to join our IT Operations team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IBM System Automation and experience with Dynatrace for monitoring and optimizing system performance.

You will play a key role in ensuring the availability, reliability, and efficiency of our critical applications.

Skills Required : Mainframe Systems

Skills Preferred :

Automation, Dynatrace

Experience Required :

• 6+ years in IT;

Education :

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Experience :

Minimum of 3 - 5 years experience with IBM System Automation.

Proficient with Dynatrace for application performance monitoring.

Technical Skills :

Strong knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., REXX, Python, Shell).

Familiarity with operating systems (z / OS, Linux, Windows) and databases (DB2, Oracle).

Soft Skills :

Excellent problem-solving abilities,

strong communication skills, and the capacity to work effectively in a team environment.

Experience Preferred :

Certifications related to IBM System Automation and Dynatrace.

Experience with cloud technologies (GCP, AWS, Azure) is a plus.

SRE, SLO, SLI and Error Budget.

Understanding of CI / CD pipelines and software development life cycle.

Education Required : Bachelor's Degree
