Job description2–5 years experience as an Accountant (experience in Audit Firm is an advantage). Strong experience in ERP-based accounting (SAP / Oracle / Zoho Books / Tally / QuickBooks). Solid understanding of Accounting Standards, Financial Closing & Reconciliation . Experience in VAT, Tax Filing, and Compliance (Saudi tax knowledge preferred; training can be provided). Advanced Excel proficiency (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, MIS Reporting). Good communication skills in English ; Arabic is an added advantage. High integrity, responsibility, and accuracy in financial work.

Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled Accountant to manage financial operations of our Saudi Arabian business unit from our Trivandrum office . The role involves handling daily accounting entries in ERP, tax filings, audit support, and preparation of financial reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform day-to-day accounting and ensure accurate posting of all entries in ERP / Accounting Software .
- Maintain General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable , and Bank Reconciliation .
- Prepare Financial Reports such as :
- Profit & Loss Statement
- Balance Sheet
- Cash Flow Statement
- Manage Payroll and ensure proper salary disbursement entries.
- Prepare and submit Saudi Tax Filings :
- VAT Return(GST)
- ZAKAT
- Withholding Tax (WHT)
- Assist in Statutory & Internal Audits , ensure documentation & compliance.
- Maintain accurate financial records and support audit queries .
- Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and timely reporting to management.
