What You’ll Do
- Learn the art and science behind Cambrian’s products — molecular biology, sample prep, NGS workflows, microscopy automation.
- Engage with research labs, biotech startups, hospitals, and diagnostic centers.
- Demonstrate products, understand customer workflows, and propose the right solution.
- Manage and grow leads through Cambrian’s proprietary market research data platform , which tracks and scores thousands of potential biotech customers across India.
- Use cutting-edge AI tools like Clay and GPT-powered assistants to automate prospecting, messaging, and reporting — staying at the bleeding edge of modern B2B growth engines.
- Collaborate with application scientists and product managers on field trials, demos, and case studies.
- Build strong relationships, close deals, and learn the art and science of selling with precision.

Who You Are
Education : B.Sc. / M.Sc. / M.Tech in Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, or related fields.Minds

Lead Conversion : Follow up on marketing-generated leads to set up appointments, deliver compelling pitches, and close sales effectively.Cold Calling & Appointment Setting : Actively engage with prospects to generate leads and book meetings.Customer Development : Build strong relationships with customers to identify opportunities for new sales and repeat business.Thorough Follow-Up : Stay in consistent communication with prospects and customers to guide them through the sales funnel.Sales Execution : Convert technical demos and marketing pitches into successful deals by addressing customer needs and objections.Collaboration with Marketing : Work closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment in messaging and strategy, attending initial pitch meetings when required.Documentation & Reporting : Maintain organized records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups using CRM tools.Market Feedback : Provide valuable insights to the marketing and product teams to enhance offerings and strategy.Compensation
