Order Management Specialist

Location : Hyderabad (Hybrid)

Work Schedule : Mon to Fri, 5 PM to 2 PM

Role Overview

We’re looking for a

detail-oriented professional

to manage end-to-end

order processing and software license provisioning . This role works closely with

Sales, Finance, and Support

teams to ensure timely, accurate, and customer-focused delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

Process and validate customer orders with accuracy.

Manage license creation, activation, and renewals.

Resolve order or license-related issues in coordination with internal teams.

Maintain accurate data in

Salesforce CRM .

Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in business, Accounting, or related field.

3+ years of experience in

order management or licensing operations .

Strong experience with

Salesforce.com

(mandatory).

Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Experience with

SaaS or ERP systems

is a plus.
