About the Role :
We are seeking a skilled Media Account Manager with a strong background in managing app install and performance marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in running campaigns across Google and Meta platforms, coupled with expertise in mobile measurement and tracking tools such as Appsflyer. This role requires a performance-driven professional who can independently manage client accounts, optimize media spends, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
What You’ll Do
- Plan, execute, and optimize app install campaigns across Google UAC and Meta Ads Manager.
- Manage end-to-end campaign delivery — from setup and monitoring to optimization, reporting, and insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and analytics partners to ensure accurate campaign tracking and attribution.
- Work with tech and analytics teams to integrate and validate MMP tools (Appsflyer, Branch, or Adjust) for event tracking and data accuracy.
- Monitor key performance metrics like CPI, CPA, ROAS, and retention , ensuring campaigns hit their goals.
- Conduct post-campaign analysis to extract insights and improve future performance.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and performance reviews.
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of experience in digital media planning and buying , focused on app install campaigns .Hands-on expertise in Google Ads (UAC) and Meta Ads Manager .Familiarity with platforms like Snapchat or others is a plus.Strong working knowledge of MMP tools (Appsflyer, Branch, Adjust).Solid understanding of tracking, attribution models , and event-based optimization.Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights .Excellent communication and client management skills .
