Achieve Monthly / Annual Sales Objective
- Develop Annual / Quarterly / Monthly Growth Plan and Operational Plan for National Chains
- Monthly Objective Setting & creating Annual Business Plan for Key Accounts.
- Tracking and Review of Performance
- Support and Intervention to ensure smooth deliverables
- Align plans with ACD - Head and Regional Teams
Channel Development
Supporting ACD - Head in planning & strategizing the Expansion & Extraction agendas for the year.Closing TOT's, Negotiating price, Ensuring Sku / Brand readiness, Laying the pipeline for future business.Ensure Creating of an Annual Business plan with Key customers. Review and track performanceIdentifY New Channel Opportunities & growth segments within accounts and execute engagement activitiesRelationship BuildingTrade Marketing
