Finance Manager

We’re looking for a sharp and proactive Finance Manager to own our financial operations — from payment tracking and compliance to ensuring smooth cross-team coordination. If you’re someone who loves solving problems, spotting gaps, and making finance processes more efficient, this role is for you!

📍 Location : Hyderabad

💼 Job Type : On-site

💰 CTC : Up to 15 LPA (negotiable for exceptional candidates)

What You’ll Do

• Review & approve payment trackers, resolve issues with credit notes / duplicate invoices
• Track aging reports and ensure SOPs are followed
• Spot and fix data gaps, coordinate with IT / data teams, and maintain clean records
• Ensure timely invoice submissions, set clear deadlines, and follow up with teams
• Track remittances, maintain ledgers, and ensure timely credits
• Reconcile GSTR filings, build compliance dashboards, and work with the compliance team on gaps
