We are looking for a German MNC for the position of Training Manager SAP S / 4 HANA.

Roles & Responsibilities
1. Training Strategy Development : a. Design and implement a regional training strategy aligned with the global SAP S / 4HANA deployment plan. b. Assess training needs by collaborating with business units, IT teams, and other stakeholders.
2. Curriculum Design and Development : a. Develop role-based training curriculum covering all relevant modules and processes. b. Utilize a blend of training methods, including instructor-led sessions, e-learning modules, workshops, and hands-on labs.
3. Training Design and Development a. Align with hub and local teams to drive local content creation b. Support training content creation in alignment with global training team
4. Change Management Support : a. Work closely with the Change Management team to address resistance and promote user adoption. b. Develop communication plans to keep stakeholders informed about training schedules and updates.
5. Budget Management : a. Manage the training budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources. b. Negotiate contracts with external training providers as needed.
