About the Role

We are seeking a Growth Manager – Meta with proven experience in SaaS or Fintech, driving growth through Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram). You’ll own the strategy, execution, and optimization of performance campaigns, with a strong focus on SMB customer acquisition. This role is highly analytical, fast-paced, and results-driven - perfect for someone who thrives on scaling campaigns with precision and creativity.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize Meta campaigns across Facebook and Instagram (including Conversion, Retargeting, and Lookalike audiences).
• Develop a weekly testing roadmap (audiences, creatives, bidding strategies, funnels).
• Monitor and optimize daily budget pacing and maintain CPA targets.
• Conduct monthly competitor benchmarking for CPM, CTR, creatives, and targeting approaches.
• Collaborate with Content & Design teams to create compelling ad creatives aligned with SMB messaging.
• Ensure landing pages and funnels are aligned with campaign intent (with Funnel / UX teams).
