Job Description : Affluent Relationship Manager – Business Banking
Kotak Mahindra Bank is seeking dynamic professionals to join as Affluent Relationship Managers in our Business Banking division. This role focuses on managing High Net Worth Individual (HNI) clients, driving acquisition, deepening relationships, and delivering exceptional banking solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
Identify and onboard HNI clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships through structured profiling and personalized solutions.
Sales & Revenue Growth
Cross-sell banking products : liabilities, assets, trade / forex, wealth, insurance, and mutual funds.
Execute sales plans and achieve monthly / quarterly targets.
Portfolio Management
Conduct regular portfolio reviews and recommend investment and credit products.
Ensure high engagement through consistent client interactions.
Service Excellence & Compliance
Resolve client queries promptly within defined TAT.
Adhere to KYC, AML, and all regulatory guidelines.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Coordinate with internal teams (Wealth, Trade, Treasury) for seamless service delivery.
Qualifications & Skills
Education : Graduate (MBA / PG preferred). Certifications like AMFI, IRDA, NISM are desirable.
Experience : 2–13 years in banking / NBFC with exposure to HNI relationship management.
Skills :
Strong sales and relationship-building capabilities.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
