Science Teacher

Location : Sri Aurobindo School of Integral Education, Chandigarh Sector 27A

Salary : 35,000 – ₹40,000 per month (as per experience and performance)

Job Type : Full-Time

Reporting To : Academic Coordinator / Headmistress

SUBJECT- SCIENCE

Key Responsibilities :

• Teach Hindi language and literature to students from Grades 6 to 10 as per the prescribed curriculum.
• Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and conduct engaging and interactive classes.
• Evaluate and assess students' progress through classwork, assignments, and examinations.
• Maintain up-to-date records of student performance and academic progress.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports learning.
• Prepare and conduct Hindi language activities, competitions, and projects to enhance student interest.
• Participate actively in school events, staff meetings, workshops, and professional development programs.
• Collaborate with colleagues and academic coordinators to plan curriculum and co-curricular activities.
• Required Qualifications & Skills : Educational Qualification :
• Bachelor's Degree in Hindi (Hons) or relevant subject with B.Ed. from a recognized institution.
• Certification :
• CTET (Central Teacher Eligibility Test) – Paper II cleared (Mandatory)
• Experience :
• Minimum 1–3 years of teaching experience at the middle or secondary school level. (Freshers with strong subject knowledge and CTET may also apply.)
• Skills :
• Strong command over Hindi grammar and literature.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Ability to use modern teaching aids and digital tools.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring young learners.
• Preferred Attributes : Familiarity with CBSE curriculum and exam pattern.
• Ability to integrate values and cultural elements into language teaching.
• Responsible, punctual, and dedicated to the teaching profession.
