Qualification : Bachelor’s / Master’s in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CA not required)

Role Overview :

We are seeking a Finance Associate with strong accounting expertise and a solid understanding of US GAAP. This remote-first role is ideal for professionals with 5–7 years of experience in financial operations, reporting, and compliance, who can communicate effectively across teams and geographies.

Key Responsibilities :

Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with US GAAP

Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes

Perform budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

Ensure adherence to internal controls and regulatory standards

Coordinate with auditors and external stakeholders during financial reviews

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial workflows

Analyze financial data to support strategic business decisions

✅ Required Skills & Qualifications :

5–7 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting

Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting standards

Proficiency in Excel and financial ERP systems (e.G., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities independently

High attention to detail and analytical thinking

Not Required :

Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is not mandatory for this role

Preferred Attributes :

Experience working in a multinational or remote-first environment

Familiarity with SOX compliance or internal audit processes

Ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights
