This role is with one of our clients which is currently engaged in exciting projects in the development and supply of special-purpose mechatronic and robotic systems for the Defence, Aerospace, and Medical Devices industries.

Responsibilities of Embedded Systems Engineer

Embedded Hardware :

• Assessing and Selecting components (MCU, electric, electronic, connectors)
• Designing embedded systems architecture including I / Os, Power Delivery, PCB layouts
• Develop custom PCBs and coordinate with vendors
• Using calculations and simulations to design analog and digital circuits
• Uphold hardware design standards and methodologies with focus on safety and design for regulatory compliance
• Prototype and test embedded systems
• Support system integration, debugging and maintenance
