Job Title : Senior Sales Manager – Agency Channel

Location : Theni

CTC : Up to 5.50 LPA + Incentives

Job Role & Responsibilities :

  • Lead and manage the agency sales team.
  • Achieve sales targets using company-provided leads.
  • Mentor, train, and guide team members to improve performance.
  • Monitor team activities and ensure consistent business growth.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners.

Requirements :

  • 2–4 years of experience in any field sales.
  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and mentoring skills.
  • Target-driven, proactive, and self-motivated.
  • Local candidates from Theni preferred.
