We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Area Sales Manager
to oversee and expand our sales operations within the assigned region. The role involves leading a team of sales executives, developing channel partners, and driving revenue growth through effective market penetration and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets in the assigned area.
Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to ensure performance and goal achievement.
Manage distributor and retailer relationships to maximize sales and product visibility.
Identify and onboard new business partners while strengthening existing networks.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities.
Monitor sales performance, track key metrics, and prepare regular reports for management.
Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to credit policies.
Coordinate with the marketing team for local promotional activities and product campaigns.
Conduct regular market visits to ensure availability, visibility, and compliance with company policies.
Represent the company in trade meets, school / college visits, and other promotional events.
