Position Overview :

The IT Support Intern will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day technical operations across all departments. This role provides hands-on exposure to troubleshooting hardware, software and network issues in a dynamic, multi-location retail setup. The intern will assist in system setups, configurations, and connectivity support while collaborating with the IT team to maintain infrastructure efficiency and enhance user experience.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide technical support for hardware, software and network issues.
• Configure and maintain laptops, desktops and mobile devices.
• Assist in setup and monitoring of routers, Wi-Fi access points and firewalls.
• Maintain IT inventory and documentation.
• Support the IT team in regular system updates and troubleshooting.
