Role Overview

We are seeking an Architect (Project Management) to bridge design and execution — ensuring that every project aligns with design intent, quality, timelines, and client expectations.

This role demands a blend of design understanding, technical coordination, and leadership in managing multi-disciplinary teams across different project stages.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate between design, execution, and estimation teams for project delivery.
• Review working drawings, technical details, and site implementation.
• Ensure that design intent and material specifications are executed accurately on-site.
• Manage project documentation, timelines, and client communication.
• Conduct regular site visits and design audits to ensure quality control.
• Support design presentations and technical coordination during the execution phase.
