Assistant Design Manager

Role Summary :

Lead the design and development of precision tools, dies, and punches. Collaborate with customers and internal teams to deliver accurate, cost-effective, and manufacturable designs.

Key Responsibilities :

Design tooling components using CAD software.

Coordinate with customers and internal stakeholders for design approvals.

Support production with design clarifications and improvements.

Ensure timely delivery of design outputs and documentation.

Qualification & Skills :

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Tool Design.

5+ years of experience in tooling, dies, or punch design.

Proficiency in CAD tools (Autodesk, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.).

Strong communication and coordination skills.

Team lead ability and go getter
