We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Manager to drive the success of our staffing solutions and ensure the delivery of high-quality IT, engineering, and healthcare staffing services to our US-based clients. This role requires a strategic leader who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment, with a deep understanding of the recruitment, staffing, and IT consulting industries. You will be responsible for managing key client relationships, overseeing recruitment processes, meeting business goals, and ensuring the delivery of on-time, high-quality staffing solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Client Relationship Management :
- Act as the primary point of contact for US-based clients, maintaining and strengthening relationships.
- Conduct regular client meetings to discuss performance, strategies, and identify new opportunities.
- Gather client requirements, follow up on submittals, interviews, and placements to ensure satisfaction.
- Provide updates to clients on recruitment processes, fill ratios, revenue, and overall account performance.
- Staffing & Recruitment Management :
- Screen and interview candidates to identify top talent for client needs.
- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, ensuring they meet KPIs and maintain high performance.
- Collaborate with Team Leaders to allocate recruitment roles based on complexity and specialization.
- Conduct hands-on technical screening for IT, engineering, and healthcare roles, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle from candidate sourcing, interviews, and onboarding to placement.
- Account Performance & Reporting :
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), providing regular reports to clients and internal teams.
- Manage client-specific reports, ensuring compliance with SLAs, on-time delivery, and quality control standards.
- Track and report on consultant timesheets, missing timecards, and other relevant data.
- Ensure accurate job records, updates, and postings within the ATS system.
- Compliance & Client SLAs :
- Ensure all recruitment and staffing activities comply with US labor laws, visa requirements, and internal policies.
- Maintain high standards of service and ensure all client SLAs are met.
- MSP / VMS & Implementation Partner Management :
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with Managed Service Providers (MSP) and Vendor Management Systems (VMS).
- Coordinate with external partners to streamline recruitment processes and ensure the efficient delivery of staffing services.
- Leadership & Team Collaboration :
- Lead a team of recruiters and ensure they have the resources and guidance to meet client expectations.
- Collaborate with Sales and Account Managers to align recruitment efforts with client needs and optimize processes.
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
- Client Engagement & Feedback :
- Conduct post-interview feedback calls with clients and candidates to ensure satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure clients’ expectations are managed and exceeded, building long-term relationships and increasing customer loyalty.
Requirement :
Industry Experience : A minimum of 6 years of experience in Business Development, Account Management, or Client Services within the Recruitment, Staffing, or IT Consulting industry.Client Facing Expertise : Proven track record in managing client relationships, sales, and recruitment operations in a client-facing role.Technical Expertise : Strong experience in technical screening for IT, engineering, and healthcare roles.MSP / VMS Management : Experience managing MSP / VMS and collaborating with external implementation partners.Communication & Leadership : Excellent communication (both written and verbal), team-building, leadership, and presentation skills.Shift Requirement : Willingness to work the specified shift of 7 : 00 PM to 4 : 00 AM IST, aligning with US business hours.CRM & ATS Proficiency : Proficient in using CRM / ATS tools for tracking recruitment processes, maintaining client records, and generating reports.Client Management : Expertise in handling client performance reports, missing timecards, and consultant timesheets.Results-Oriented : Ability to manage accounts with a focus on key metrics such as client satisfaction, fill ratios, GM$, GM%, and revenue generation.US Market Knowledge : Strong understanding of US hiring trends, compliance requirements, and sourcing strategies in IT, engineering, and healthcare staffing.
