We are seeking for a proactive and detail-oriented SAP IS Retail Consultant with strong skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for resolving incidents, performing root cause analysis, and ensuring the uptime and performance

Roles and Responsibilities :

• We are seeking a seasoned SAP professional with deep expertise in SAP Retail, Contract Management, and Business Partner Management.
• The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in full lifecycle SAP implementations, system configuration, integration, and support, with a strong understanding of ALE / EDI technologies and IDoc processing. Key Responsibilities : Implementation Support
• Lead implementation and support of SAP Retail modules, focusing on Contracting and Business Partner Management.
• Configure, customize, and troubleshoot SAP MM and Retail processes to meet business requirements. Requirements Gathering System Design
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and system designs.
• Design and maintain SAP MM configurations aligned with retail business processes. Testing Troubleshooting
• Conduct system testing including integration and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Identify and resolve issues related to SAP MM and Retail functionalities. Documentation
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation including business process flows, configuration guides, and technical specifications. Integration
• Ensure seamless integration of SAP Retail with other SAP modules such as SD, FI, and PP. Contract Management Expertise
• Deep understanding of contract management processes and requirements within SAP Retail. Business Partner Management
• Expertise in SAP Business Partner concept, replacing traditional customer / vendor master data structures.
• Manage customer and vendor data using Business Partner roles (e.g., customer, supplier, contact person).
• Implement and support Customer-Vendor Integration (CVI), including mapping, customizing, and using the CVI cockpit for data synchronization. SAP ALE / EDI Expertise
• Strong knowledge of SAP ALE / EDI technologies, IDoc types, partner profiles, and distribution models.
• Monitor and troubleshoot IDoc processing using transactions like WE02, WE05, SM58, BD87.
• Develop and customize IDoc interfaces for SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Proficient in inbound and outbound IDoc configuration and troubleshooting. Collaboration
• Work closely with business users and cross-functional technical teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Ensure successful implementation and post-go-live support. Qualifications :
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 12–15 years of hands-on experience in SAP Retail (Contract Management Business partner management process)
• Proven track record in full lifecycle SAP implementations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Educational Qualification :

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
