Designation- Compliance Manager- AVP / VP

Experience- 10+ years of work experience in compliance management in RBI / Regulatory compliance

Location- Gift City, Gandhinagar

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and oversee the Compliance function for GIFT City branch in coordination with Head Office.
• Develop and implement governance frameworks and monitoring systems for compliance activities.
• Ensure timely and accurate regulatory submissions to internal and external stakeholders.
• Review and approve customer onboarding, classification , and related compliance documentation.
• Drive reporting, dashboards, and MIS insights for senior management and compliance committees.
• Review policies, procedures, and new products from a regulatory compliance perspective (Indian & global).
• Ensure adherence to Basel norms, internal controls, and regulatory guidelines to avoid audit exceptions.
• Stay abreast of global regulatory developments and apply learnings to branch-level compliance.
• Build and sustain a strong compliance culture across the organization.
• Support broader compliance initiatives and act as a back-up for other compliance areas as needed.
