Salesforce Vlocity / Omni studio Tech Lead - PAN India

Desired Candidate :

10+ year Vlocity experience

Hands-on experience with Vlocity Omniscripts, Vlocity Data Raptors, Vlocity cards, Vlocity integration procedures, lightning web components, etc.

Lead the end-to-end development of Salesforce OmniStudio solutions, including OmniScripts, FlexCards, Integration Procedures, and DataRaptors

Develop and maintain high-quality Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, and queueable logic to implement complex business processes

Develop scalable, reusable, and performant solutions using Lightning Web Components (LWC) integrated with OmniStudio

Provide technical leadership to development teams, conducting code reviews and enforcing best practices

Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to define and validate solution architecture

Lead integration implementation with external systems via REST / SOAP APIs, middleware platforms, and native connectors

Own technical delivery timelines and coordinate closely with project managers, QA, and DevOps

Drive adherence to Salesforce development standards, including version control, automated testing, and CI / CD pipelines

Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring secure and high-performance solutions

Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers within the team

Good communication skills.

Vlocity certified.
