Job Summary :

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Technical Recruiter with at least 1 year of experience in US IT Staffing , primarily focusing on W2 and Full-Time positions . The ideal candidate should be well-versed in end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing through various channels, and engaging effectively with candidates across multiple IT domains.

Key Responsibilities :

• Source, screen, and submit qualified candidates for full-time W2 positions with direct clients and implementation partners.
• Utilize job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), social media (LinkedIn), and internal ATS to find top talent.
• Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate qualifications, interest, and availability.
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate pipeline effectively.
• Negotiate salary and rate terms (mainly W2) and close candidates in a timely manner.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate database for future requirements.
