Requirements

Job Title : IBM Tririga Administrator / WebSphere Administrator

Location : Hyderabad, Banglore, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune, Mumbai & Gurgaon

Experience :  3–8 years (adjust as needed)

Key Responsibilities :

Install, configure, and administer IBM Tririga application.

Manage and maintain IBM WebSphere Application Server for Tririga environment.

Perform upgrades, patches, and regular system maintenance to ensure stability.

Monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide root cause analysis.

Manage user access, security configurations, and system integrations.

Work with business and technical teams to support incidents, service requests, and enhancements.

Ensure compliance with IT policies, standards, and best practices.

Mandatory Skills :

IBM Tririga administration

IBM WebSphere administration

Application installation, configuration, and patching

System monitoring and troubleshooting

Secondary Skills (Good to Have) :

Knowledge of SQL and database administration

Scripting for automation (Shell / PowerShell / Python)

ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem Management)

Exposure to cloud hosting environments
