Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Manager, who can lead our HR operations and people strategy. The ideal candidate will bring a balance of structure, empathy, and professionalism to manage recruitment, performance systems, employee engagement, and compliance — ensuring Skill Stork continues to be a vibrant, value-driven workplace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for academic, administrative, and support teams.
  • Drive employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture initiatives.
  • Oversee payroll coordination, leave management, PF / ESI compliance, and employee documentation.
  • Implement and monitor performance management systems.
  • Coordinate training programs and professional development workshops.
  • Handle employee relations, grievance redressal, and policy enforcement with fairness and transparency.
  • Maintain HR analytics and dashboards for decision-making.
  • Partner with the leadership team on HR strategy and organisational development.

What We’re Looking For

  • 10 years of experience in HR, preferably in an educational or service-sector organisation.
  • MBA / PGDM in HR or Equivalent qualification
  • Strong understanding of HR operations, labour laws, and HRMS / ERP platforms.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, empathy, and discipline simultaneously.
  • A proactive, process-driven, and people-oriented mindset.
