Job description

We are seeking an experienced Installation and Commissioning Engineer to oversee the setup and commissioning of solar cell production lines. With 5-9 years of hands-on experience in solar cell line installation, the ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities :

Plan, supervise, and execute the installation and commissioning of solar cell production lines.
Work closely with suppliers, contractors, and project teams to ensure seamless installation processes.
Conduct pre-installation site assessments and ensure the site is prepared for equipment setup.
Perform detailed alignment, calibration, and testing of solar cell manufacturing equipment.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues during installation and commissioning phases.
Train and support on-site teams in the operation and maintenance of the installed systems.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, project specifications, and quality guidelines.
Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation, including installation reports, test results, and as-built drawings.

Qualifications and Skills :

Education : Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related engineering field.

Experience : 5-9 years of hands-on experience in the installation and commissioning of solar cell production lines.

Technical Skills :

Deep knowledge of solar cell production line machinery and processes.

Expertise in interpreting technical drawings, layouts, and schematics.

Proficiency in troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems.

Familiarity with industry standards and safety protocols for solar equipment.

Soft Skills :

Strong project management and organizational abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams.

Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
