Role Overview :

We are looking for a US Recruiter with experience in both IT and Non-IT recruitment for the US market. This role requires someone who can handle end-to-end recruitment, source niche talent, and understand multiple non-IT domains such as Healthcare, Manufacturing, Engineering, Banking, Financial Services, Retail , and more.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage end-to-end recruitment for US clients across IT and Non-IT domains

Source and engage candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and direct outreach

Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews, presenting only high-quality candidates

Handle hiring for diverse Non-IT roles like Business Analysts, Finance, Operations, Healthcare, Retail, Engineering, etc.

Maintain strong client and candidate communication

Update ATS and daily trackers with accurate information

Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and strategize sourcing

Must-Have Skills & Experience :

3-6 years of US recruitment experience

Proven expertise in IT recruitment (Java, .NET, Python, Cloud, DevOps, etc.)

Proven experience in Non-IT recruitment across multiple domains (Healthcare, Banking, Finance, Manufacturing, Retail, Engineering, etc.)

Strong sourcing skills and ability to find niche talent

Excellent communication and relationship management skills

Experience working from office in Hyderabad
